Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using HubOps (hubops.net and portal.hubops.net), you agree to these Terms of Service with Stoj IT. If you use HubOps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

These documents apply to HubOps operated by Stoj IT. They are product policies for the HubOps platform, not legal advice. For a signed contract or enterprise DPA schedule, contact us.

2. The service

HubOps is a B2B operations platform for HubSpot delivery: portals, implementation tooling, CMS workflows, agents, reporting, and related features. Features may change as we ship improvements. Some capabilities require paid plans, partner agreements, or third-party accounts (for example HubSpot).

3. Accounts and access

Access is generally invite-based. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. Organization admins are responsible for users they invite and for configuring permissions correctly.

We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, non-payment (where applicable), or Acceptable Use violations.

4. Customer content and instructions

You retain ownership of content and data you or your organization submit to HubOps ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for having rights to Customer Content and for lawful use of connected systems (including HubSpot portals you authorize).

5. Integrations

When you connect third-party services, you authorize HubOps to access those services using the credentials or OAuth grants you provide. Third-party terms continue to apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or data once it leaves HubOps under your configuration.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include abuse, unlawful activity, attempting to breach security, reverse engineering except where mandatory law allows, and using the service to harm others.

7. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only for performing under these Terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Intellectual property

HubOps software, branding, templates, and documentation remain owned by Stoj IT and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works of the platform except as expressly allowed.

9. Disclaimers

HubOps is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs from AI-assisted features are accurate or fit for a particular purpose without human review.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoj IT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from HubOps in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for HubOps in that period (or EUR 100 if no fees were paid), except where liability cannot be limited (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Stoj IT against claims arising from your Customer Content, your misuse of HubOps, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using HubOps at any time. We may suspend or end access as described above. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, confidentiality, liability, indemnity) continue.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement with Stoj IT states otherwise. Courts in Belgrade, Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or data-protection venues where they apply.
