Cookie Policy
How HubOps uses cookies and similar technologies.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. Overview
HubOps uses cookies and similar storage (local/session storage, signed cookies) to run authentication, keep you signed in, remember security preferences, and operate the product. This policy explains what we use and why.
These documents apply to HubOps operated by Stoj IT. They are product policies for the HubOps platform, not legal advice. For a signed contract or enterprise DPA schedule, contact us.
2. What we use
Categories in use today:
- Strictly necessary: session and auth cookies (including Supabase auth, HubOps session/dev cookies where enabled), CSRF or request integrity cookies if present, and host/tenant routing cookies.
- Security and access: impersonation or partner-preview cookies used only for authorized support access.
- Preferences: light UI or host context where stored locally.
3. Marketing / analytics cookies
The HubOps marketing site and portal do not currently rely on third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.
4. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and normal use of HubOps. Organization-managed browsers may enforce additional controls.
