Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of the HubOps Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

These documents apply to HubOps operated by Stoj IT. They are product policies for the HubOps platform, not legal advice. For a signed contract or enterprise DPA schedule, contact us.

2. You may not

• Break the law or encourage others to do so.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape without permission, or probe vulnerabilities outside an agreed security test.
• Interfere with other customers' workspaces or HubOps infrastructure.
• Use HubOps to send spam or deceptive communications.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting access.
• Process special-category data or children's data unless your agreement expressly allows it and you have a lawful basis.
• Resell or white-label HubOps without a written partner agreement.
• Use AI or automation features to produce content you present as verified professional advice without human review where required.

3. Customer responsibilities

You must configure HubSpot and other integrations lawfully (including privacy notices and consent on forms you deploy), keep secrets safe, and promptly revoke access for users who leave your organization.
